Coffee Shop Supervisor

Salary: £26,266.50 per annum

Hours: 32.5 per week/ Shift pattern: Monday-Friday, 8:30am–3:00pm

Contract: Permanent

Location: Eden Coffee Shop, Chris Bryant Centre, Erdington, Birmingham, B23 6DF.

Job role

We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Coffee Shop Supervisor to lead the day-to-day running of Eden Coffee Shop, launching soon at the Chris Bryant Centre in Erdington. This is a great opportunity to be involved from the start and help shape how the space operates.

You’ll be responsible for supervising a small team, overseeing daily service, and making sure the coffee shop runs smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading the team in preparing and serving high-quality food and drinks
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented environment
• Managing stock, placing orders, and handling deliveries
• Supporting the Centre Manager with budgeting and reporting tasks
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues when they arise

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Confident working with people and leading a team
• Organised and reliable, with a practical approach
• Experienced in a similar food service or hospitality setting
• Comfortable managing day-to-day operations, including health and safety and food hygiene
