Impact Report April 2025-April 2026
Tenancy Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) are a set of measures introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing to help tenants understand how well their landlord is performing. They cover areas such as overall satisfaction, repairs, property safety, complaints handling and tenant engagement. This annual survey gives tenants the opportunity to share their experiences and helps us identify what we're doing well and where we can improve, ensuring we continue to provide safe, high-quality homes and services. Our impact reports this year capture a snapshot of what we have achieved over the last 12 months and, importantly, how our work has changed lives and improved communities for the better.
At YMCA Heart of England, we are fully committed to safeguarding the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults who engage with our services, both online and offline. We recognise our responsibility to promote safe practices and protect individuals from harm, abuse, exploitation, and neglect. We aim to create a safe and welcoming environment where everyone is respected and valued.
Over the years, we’ve developed our approach and enhanced our environment to support every child’s development. Our team focuses on creating a welcoming, stimulating space where children can explore, build relationships, and grow with confidence. Take a look at our Nursery Curriculum to see more.
