Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM’s) 2024

Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM’s) 2024

In April 2024, The Regulator of Social Housing introduced a new system to see how well social housing landlords, like YMCA Heart of England are doing at providing good quality homes and services.

This new system includes a set of Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) that social housing landlords must report on. These measures include a set of questions we asked all of our residents, to enable them to express how satisfied or dissatisfied they are with the services we provide to them.

We are pleased to share that this year we achieved a 100% response rate to our 2023/24 TSM survey meaning the results we have achieved are a full and accurate representation of what our residents think about YMCA Heart of England and the services we provide.

Overall this year’s results are positive and demonstrate that we are getting a lot of things right for the majority of our residents.  However, it also highlights that there is further work to be done and the focus over the next 12 months is to work closely with our residents and service users to make our services better.

The TSM results for 2024 are detailed here: Tenant Satisfaction Survey Results
