Those living in our Supported Housing accommodation are each allocated a dedicated Life Coach who is responsible for the delivery of a needs-led service for the welfare of our residents.

They are responsible for helping residents to develop and maximise their potential and achieve personal growth and development.

They provide housing-related support to residents to enable them to maintain their tenancies and to achieve their aspirations for independent living. This is also focused on the individual needs and aspirations of the resident that is being supported.

The context in which support is provided may vary according to the users’ needs and may include site-based support, housing management and support, or housing management support only.
