YMCA Heart of England provides safe, supported housing for people in Coventry, Birmingham and Warwickshire.
We offer 350 beds, including supported housing, move on accommodation and general needs housing.
Our approach to support is tailored to the needs of our residents who are always placed at the centre of their own support plans.
The support they receive reflects their aspirations to access education, training, employment, and volunteering as part of their future housing needs and addresses any physical and mental wellbeing needs.
Our aim is to empower residents to gain the tools and skills that enable stability, independent living, promising futures, and connection to their communities.

Supported Housing
At YMCA, residents get tailored support to build life skills for independent living and contributing to their community. Housing and Support staff guide young people and vulnerable adults throughout their journey, celebrating progress and helping them reach their full potential.
Move-on Accommodation
YMCA’s move-on accommodation offers a safe, affordable next step for young people leaving supported housing. Located near support services, it ensures a smooth transition to independent living, with trusted landlords and continued guidance available when needed.
General Needs
YMCA’s general needs accommodation offers affordable housing for those in need, with priority for young people moving on from supported housing. Trusted landlords and ongoing support help residents build independence, reach their potential, and sustain long-term tenancies.
