Our general needs accommodation provides an affordable housing option for those in housing need, priority is considered for young people who have lived in our supported accommodation who are now ready to move-on to more independent accommodation.

We aim to provide safe, secure and affordable housing with a landlord that residents can trust whilst still being on hand to offer any guidance or support for those who need our help.

The accommodation on offer provides a degree of housing related supported aimed at helping our residents fulfil their potential and sustain a long term tenancy with the YMCA.

We have general needs accommodation available throughout Coventry, Birmingham and Warwickshire.
