The Executive Leadership Team (ELT) of YMCA Heart of England is made up of the CEO, Director of Operations and the Director of Finance & ICT. Along with the trustees and the CEO, the ELT helps to shape the long-term goals and vision of the organisation.
The ELT works closely with the board of Directors to ensure legal and regulatory compliance, implements ethical standards and helps to lead by example the behaviour expectations according to our values and ethos. Along with other Senior Leaders and staff within the organisation, the ELT represents the charity at local, regional and international events, building effective partnerships to fulfil our mission.
The ELT also play a key role in having oversight of key performance indicators that monitor and evaluate our effectiveness against agreed priorities according to our strategic plan.
