Conference & Room Hire

YMCA Heart of England’s Chris Bryant Centre in Erdington offers a range of flexible spaces for meetings, workshops, training, and large conferences. 

Based at the heart of Erdington, the Chris Bryant Centre and adjoining Coppice building also offer long-term office lets, enterprise spaces, and community services.

Our on-site Eden Coffee Shop is open to all visitors and provides catering options for your meeting or event.

We’re easily reached by bus, tram, train, or car, with on-site parking available.

We know that planning training sessions, workshops, or meetings comes with a lot of moving parts. So we’re here to make things as smooth as possible. Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about our facilities, services, and how we can support your learning and development needs.

Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings remain provisional until:
  • A fully completed booking form is submitted via our online form (all sections must be filled in), and payment is received no later than 2 days before the booking date.
  • The person responsible for payment must be clearly named on the form.

Cancellation by YMCA

We reserve the right to cancel a booking if:

  • Payment is not received by the required deadline.

 

Payment

  • Once we receive your booking form, our finance team will issue an invoice.
  • Full payment must be made at least 2 days before your booking takes place.
  • If payment is not received on time, the booking may be cancelled.

Damage and Additional Charges

  • Any damage to YMCA property or equipment during your booking will be charged to the person or organisation listed on the booking form.
  • Additional cleaning or repair costs may also be applied where necessary.
