We are seeking to appoint Bank Youth Workers who will work closely with our Youth Work team, to ensure activities at each session are run effectively for the needs of the young people.
Along with previous experience of working with young people aged 10-18, you will be able to create a culture where young people can thrive and build trustworthy and respectful relationships with the team.
The role may present some challenges but with your knowledge and experience you will be able to resolve these challenges and carry out appropriate risk assessments whilst ensuring you report concerns of safeguarding to the appropriate person, in a timely manner.
To succeed in the role, you will not only have a passion for working with young people, but be dedicated and proactive in sourcing suitable sessions and be willing to work at different locations to help build effective and meaningful relationships with young people.
